Acceptable Use Policy

• Only upload personal data about other people, such as referees or candidates, if you are lawfully allowed to share it with us.
• Do not collect or use personal data from our services for any purpose other than the one it was provided for.

Do not use our products to screen, rank, reject or otherwise treat candidates differently on the basis of caste, religion, race, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital status, pregnancy, or any other characteristic protected by law, or in any other way that breaks employment or equality law. AI-assisted assessments must be reviewed by a person before they are used to make a hiring decision.

• Do not try to gain access to any account, system or data that is not yours.
• Do not probe, scan or test our systems for vulnerabilities, except under the rules on our Security page.
• Do not upload malware or any code designed to cause harm.
• Do not get around usage limits, access controls or other security measures.
• Do not overload or disrupt the services, for example with denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests.

• Do not scrape, crawl or bulk-download content from our services, except through standard search engine indexing.
• Do not submit our forms automatically, or send spam through them.
• Do not use our services, or anything they produce, to build a competing product or to train a competing AI model.

Do not upload or share content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy, or that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or hateful.

If you break this policy, we may remove content, suspend or close your account, block your access, and, where the law requires or allows it, report the matter to the authorities. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.
