BuildR is live and free for candidates. HyeRHub.ai Jobs, Assess and TalentOS are not yet available. What this website says about them describes planned functionality, and that may change before launch.

Joining a waitlist or requesting a demo does not oblige either of us to anything beyond that conversation.

You must be at least 18 to use our services. Give accurate information when you create an account and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us straight away.

You keep ownership of everything you upload or write, including resumes, CVs, job descriptions and messages. You give us permission to store, process and transform that content only as needed to provide the service to you, for example to read an uploaded resume or to generate a suggestion you asked for.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the content, and that the information about yourself in it is true.

BuildR suggests wording and structure. It is designed not to invent facts, but its suggestions can still be inaccurate or incomplete. Review everything before you use it. You are responsible for your final document being truthful.

We do not guarantee any outcome. In particular, we do not guarantee that a resume will be read correctly by any particular applicant tracking system, or that it will lead to an interview or a job offer.

Your use of our services must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The website, the software, the BuildR templates, and the HyeRHub.ai name and logos belong to HyeRHub.ai or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the services under these terms. You may use documents produced with BuildR, including their template designs, for your own job applications.

BuildR is currently free for candidates. If we introduce paid features, we will show you the price before you are charged, and nothing that is free today will start being charged for without notice. Paid business products are governed by their order form or customer agreement.

Our services may link to, or rely on, services we do not control, such as a sign-in provider you choose. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, opportunity or goodwill. Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for them in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If a third party makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded, or because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover the losses and reasonable costs we incur as a result.

We may suspend or close your access if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if we must do so to protect the services or other users. You can stop using the services at any time. To delete your BuildR account, email info@hyerhub.ai.

We may update these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of the page, and we tell BuildR account holders about significant changes by email before they take effect. If you keep using the services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before starting proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
